Laura works collaboratively with school leaders to design professional learning programs that meet the needs of the school.

Programs may include:

• working with leaders on strategic planning; 
• planning and developing effective teaching and learning programs with teams and/or individual teachers;
• working with teachers and/or educational support staff to help meet the needs of individual learners;
• facilitating professional learning workshops/Curriculum Days; and/or
• providing mentoring and coaching support in the classroom.
